Youngstown Ohio drug dealer Nicoletta Robinson is drawing attention for her “drop-dead gorgeous” mugshot following her conviction on multiple charges in a fatal overdose.

Jurors in Mercer County, Pennsylvania —which borders Youngstown — convicted the woman of delivering drugs that resulted in death, manufacture, or delivery with intent to manufacture, reckless endangerment, aggravated assault, simple assault, and criminal use of a communication facility.
She has been ordered to remain under house arrest until she is sentenced at a later date.
An Ohio woman has been put under house arrest until she is sentenced for selling drugs to another person who died from an overdose.

Prosecutors had requested the judge revoke Nicoletta Robinson’s bond, but were rebuffed by the judge who ordered the drug dealer to house arrest.
She is set to be sentenced on May 7.

According to NBC affiliate WFMJ, Robinson was arrested in the case back in 2019.
Investigators did not initially suspect foul play in the unnamed overdose victim’s death, but linked the drugs she used to Robinson after further investigation.
Police say Robinson supplied drugs that resulted in the death of a Mercer County woman.

Pennsylvania State Police said their investigation determined Nicoletta Robinson was the drug dealer who supplied the fatal overdose narcotics, CBS affiliate WKBN reported.
Authorities have stated in testimony that the victim died of an apparent opioid overdose.
Crime-Online noted that both Pennsylvania and Ohio have been hit hard by the national opioid epidemic.
According to Pittsburgh’s NPR affiliate, PA prosecutors have used the charge of ‘delivering drugs that resulted in death’ 644 times in the commonwealth between 2000 and 2017 — more than any other state with similar statutes.
According to OverdoseFreePA, a statewide initiative dedicated to tackling the opioid epidemic, there’s been an overall drop in overdose deaths since 2016 and a drop in overdoses since 2017.
Pennsylvania Uses The Charge Of ‘Drug Delivery Resulting In Death’ More Than Any Other State
According to local newspaper The Sharon Herald, the overdose victim’s name was Margaret McConnell and prosecutors argued Nicoletta Robinson had sold the woman the powerful opioid methadone.
The prosecution’s expert witness stated in testimony that he believed McConnell had died from a methadone overdose.
Robinson’s attorney Stanley T. Booker says the defense plans to appeal the case and argue methadone was not the contributing factor in McConnell’s death.
Under sentencing guidelines, Nicoletta Robinson faces a maximum of 51 years in prison due to the various drug dealer convictions.
“We still stand by her innocence,” Booker said. “We don’t believe for a second that methadone killed (McConnell); there were a lot of other reasons.”
