“My view is not on Craig Bellamy my view is on the tackles that they continue to introduce,” Kent said.

Earlier, Storm coach Craig Bellamy blasted calls by NRL referees boss Jared Maxwell to use the sin bin more for head-high contact and labelled calls for an eight week ban for Felise Kaufusi ‘ridiculous’.
Maxwell stated he wanted to see his officials make more use of the sin bin or send-off penalties for head-high tackles.
Maxwell said he would have supported referees if they had sin-binned or sent off Storm forward Felise Kaufusi and Manly prop Sean Keppie for respective high tackles in Round 2.

However Bellamy told The Sydney Morning Herald that the referees needed to treat each incident on its merits in determining suitable punishments.
“All depends what the situation is,” Bellamy told The Sydney Morning Herald.
“You have to take what the circumstance is, the referees are trained to do that and they have to be the ones to make a decision.
“It’s depending on the incident or accident or whatever you want to call it, you just don’t want him to say you have to use the sin bin more, that’s ridiculous.
“I think the referees are pretty well up on what they use the sin bin for and what they don’t.”
Bellamy also took exception to veteran journalist and NRL 360 co-host Paul kent’s calls for an eight week ban for Kaufusi.
“I think that’s ridiculous… eight weeks,” Bellamy said.
Another player to cop a high shot in Round 2 was Panthers halfback Nathan Cleary, who was felled by a high shot from Bulldogs winger Dallin Watene-Zelezniak.
The Penrith co-captain was ruled out of the Grand Final rematch due to concussion protocols, but Bellamy refused to buy into the concussion debate.

“I’m not going to go there,” Bellamy said when asked about Cleary.
“We are preparing for Nathan to be there. If that is not the case young [Matt] Burton will come in and he is a very, very talented player.
THE PREDICTION
In a repeat of last season’s Grand Final, Penrith Panthers will take on Melbourne Storm in what is a mouth-watering prospect. The Panthers have made a real statement to begin this campaign and are yet to concede a single point after two matches.
That could cause a problem for the Storm who will hope for better weather than when they went down to Parramatta Eels last week with the poor conditions seemingly affecting their attacking rhythm. Penrith are brilliant at home and they have won their last ten matches at Panthers Stadium but the loss of Api Koroisau and Nathan Cleary to injuries could be pivotal.
Ryan Papenhuyzen is also a huge out for the Storm but they will arrive with a point to prove after last week’s loss and with the reigning premiers offered a +2.5 start on the handicap, that could be generous if the hosts fail to cope without Koroisau’s distribution out of dummy half and Cleary’s organisation and kicking game.
